Weyerhaeuser is searching for a Mill Manager to support our lumber manufacturing facility in Plymouth, North Carolina. This is a full-time, salaried exempt position reporting to the Lumber Manufacturing Director of the Southern Manufacturing region.
As Mill Manager, you are responsible for the safe and reliable manufacturing and on-time/in-full delivery of products to customers and ensuring that business objectives are met for the site. You will also focus on fostering an engaged, people-focused culture, controlling product cost and inventory, and developing future leaders.

What We Offer:
Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $139,200 to $208,000 based on your level of skills, qualifications, and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 25% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target. Relocation package is offered for this role.

Paid Time Off or Vacation: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with paid vacation for up to 3 weeks to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 hours along with paid parental leave for all full-time employees.
